Based in Mauritius, Alexandra Ho is deeply passionate about Chinese martial arts and philosophy. As a certified trainer in Qi Gong and Taichi, she experienced a transformative three-month journey at the legendary Shaolin Temple in remote China, immersing herself in the monastic lifestyle. There, she gained invaluable insights into Shaolin Kungfu for health and Ch’an (Zen) meditation to cultivate mental clarity and focus.
In 2014, Alexandra founded Shaolin Mauritius to share her love for Kungfu and Zen spirituality. Through her close ties with the Shaolin Temple, she offers an authentic connection to Shaolin Warrior monks, specialising in residential retreats focused on self-mastery and exclusive, life-changing experiences for corporate groups.
Alexandra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Marketing and Human Resource Management from the University of New South Wales, Sydney, Australia.

In addition, Alexandra's path to parenthood has been marked by struggles with infertility due to endometriosis and multiple rounds of in-vitro fertilisation (IVF). During these emotionally taxing times, Chinese martial arts became her anchor, fostering mental resilience and providing the strength to persevere.
